評審入圍的6家參賽單位請在收到《參賽邀請函》3日內(nèi)向業(yè)主提交《參賽確認函》。已報名未入圍的但符合申請人資格要求的設(shè)計單位，依競賽須知之規(guī)定，有意向無補償參賽的，可在此公告發(fā)布起3日內(nèi)向業(yè)主提交正式的《自愿參賽確認函》，以確認申請參賽，該申請函經(jīng)主辦單位確認后方可參加下一階段競賽。
The above shortlisted 6 participants shall timely submit Participation Invitation Letter. Those designing working units who are not shortlisted but qualified for application may submit official VoluntaryParticipation Confirmation Letter to the owner within 3 days after the announcement on result of preliminary review so as to confirm application for participation according to Notice on Competition, if they have intention to participate in the competition without any compensation or reward. They may participate in the next round of competition upon confirmation of the application by the organizer. 

在此對所有提交太平錢江新城項目建筑概念方案設(shè)計競賽報名資料的單位表示誠摯的謝意。
We are hereby to express our sincere appreciation to all working units submitting applications forparticipating in Competition of Conceptual Proposal Design of Taiping in Qianjiang New City Construction. 
本公示期為3日， 自2018年4月12日始至2018年4月14日止。
The announcement will last 3 days, from April 12 of 2018 to April 14 of 2018.

The working units confirming participation may send the confirmation letter to Sun Jingang (telephone: (+86) 18020262086) by email at sunjg@tpih.cntaiping.com and the confirmation time will be subject to arrival at the above employee’s email inbox.
